Dill Cream Cheese Veggie Dip

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz Regular (block) Cream Cheese

1 teaspoon dry dill seasoning
-
1 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning (Ex: Hidden Valley)

1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
-
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
-
1/8 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
-
OPTIONAL: Add small amounts sour cream (1/2 teaspoon at a time) to desired (softer/thinner) consistency
INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix well
-
Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 5 days
SERVINGS:
-
The above recipe makes approximately three 2-oz condiment cups
NOTES:
-
The Cream Cheese does not need to be softened.
-
The Sour Cream is only necessary if a softer/thinner dip is desired.
-
Can substitute whipped Cream Cheese for a lighter consistency.
-
This does not freeze/thaw well.
