Dill Cream Cheese Veggie Dip

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 oz Regular (block) Cream Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dry dill seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning (Ex: Hidden Valley)

  • 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/8 teaspoon finely ground black pepper

  • OPTIONAL: Add small amounts sour cream (1/2 teaspoon at a time) to desired (softer/thinner) consistency

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix well

  • Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 5 days

SERVINGS:

  • The above recipe makes approximately three  2-oz condiment cups

NOTES: 

  • The Cream Cheese does not need to be softened.

  • The Sour Cream is only necessary if a softer/thinner dip is desired. 

  • Can substitute whipped Cream Cheese for a lighter consistency.

  • This does not freeze/thaw well.
